Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing support and intervention as necessary.
- Collaborate with fellow department heads and school leadership to create a unified educational experience.
- Cultivate a positive and inclusive atmosphere for all students.
Successful candidates will need to:

- Hold a BEd or a Bachelor's degree with PGCE/PGDE or equivalent.
- Have demonstrable experience teaching English to A level.
- Share exemplary teaching methods effectively.
- Exhibit a creative and enthusiastic attitude both in and out of the classroom.
- Possess excellent interpersonal skills for collaboration with colleagues, students, and parents.
- Maintain a proven track record of delivering exceptional teaching and learning experiences.
