Who We Are Looking For

We are in search of a UK-qualified, proactive, and passionate Primary Computer Science Teacher (KS2) who is dedicated to:

- Crafting engaging, inclusive, and technology-enhanced learning environments
- Delivering age-appropriate computing lessons throughout Key Stage 2
- Teaching fundamental concepts such as algorithms, programming, data handling, digital literacy, and online safety
- Integrating oracy, structured discussions, and computational thinking into everyday lessons
- Designing creative, well-structured, and challenging learning experiences
- Supporting students in becoming independent learners, logical thinkers, and responsible digital citizens
- Contributing to the broader development of our digital and STEM programs

Candidates must be fluent English-speaking graduates possessing a UK Department for Education teacher number or in the final stages of their training.

- Holds a clean enhanced DBS/police clearance
- Is ready to relocate to Kuwait promptly and commence teaching in August 2026

Essential Requirements

- UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – PGCE or BEd
- UK bachelor's degree in Computing, Computer Science, Education, or a related field
- Recent successful experience teaching KS2 Computing (or Primary with Computing specialization) in a UK or BSO-accredited school
- Strong understanding of the National Curriculum for Computing at KS2
- Capacity to plan for the diverse needs of all learners
- Effective classroom and behavior management abilities
- Strong digital literacy skills (Google Workspace, shared drives, coding platforms, etc.)
