Inclusion (SEN) Teacher

The Hamilton International School, a leading international educational institution based in Doha and part of the International Schools Partnership (ISP), is seeking a dedicated and skilled Inclusion (SEN) Teacher to enhance our collaborative Inclusion team. The Role

We are looking for an experienced Inclusion Teacher who is eager to assist students with varying learning needs through personalized instruction, differentiated teaching strategies, and Individual Education Plans (IEPs). The ideal candidate will take charge of a specialized Inclusion classroom, collaborate closely with therapists and specialists, and work alongside teachers, families, and the broader Inclusion team to ensure that every child feels valued, supported, and empowered to thrive.

Candidate Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Special Education, Education, Psychology, or a related field
  • Preferred SEN training or specialized certification
  • Teaching qualification recognized by Qatar MoEHE
  • At least 3 years of experience in supporting students with SEND
  • Strong knowledge of SEN pedagogy, intervention strategies, and IEP implementation
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and documentation skills
  • A commitment to safeguarding, inclusion, and a global perspective
