English Teacher
About This Role
We are looking for an energetic and passionate English teacher to become part of our large, experienced team. The perfect candidate will hold a first degree in English and have experience teaching at KS3 as well as the Cambridge IGCSE First Language. Additionally, experience or the ability to teach to A Level or its equivalent would be beneficial.
Requirements:
- Candidates must have at least a Bachelor's Degree, Professional Degree, Education/Teaching/Training, or a comparable qualification.
- Possession of a Teaching Qualification such as CIATL, CICTL, PGCE, or an equivalent is highly encouraged.
- Strong proficiency in both spoken and written English is essential.
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience in an international school setting is required for this role.
- Experience in delivering the International Primary Curriculum (IPC) is preferable.
- Candidates should be enthusiastic and creative, capable of planning and delivering exceptional lessons aimed at enhancing student learning.
- Familiarity with international teaching methodologies, strategies, and pedagogical approaches is expected.
- A commitment to contributing to the wider school community is essential.
