English Teacher
About This Role
We are on the lookout for an energetic and passionate English teacher to become part of our large, experienced team. The ideal applicant will hold a first degree in English and have experience teaching at KS3 and Cambridge IGCSE First Language. Familiarity or the ability to teach A Level or equivalent will be considered a plus.
Requirements:
- A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree, Professional Degree, Education/Teaching/Training or equivalent is mandatory.
- Candidates with teaching qualifications such as CIATL, CICTL, PGCE or their equivalents are highly encouraged to apply.
- A strong command of both spoken and written English is essential.
- Applicants should have at least 3 years of relevant work experience, particularly in an international school setting.
- Experience with delivering the International Primary Curriculum (IPC) is preferred.
- Candidates need to be enthusiastic, creative, and capable of planning and executing high-quality lessons aimed at enhancing student learning.
- A solid understanding of international teaching methodologies, techniques, and strategies is required.
- A commitment to actively contribute to the school's community is crucial.
