Moorlands Primary Academy is looking for a class teacher to join an experienced and friendly team. This role would suit an ECT. This role is ideal for candidates with a passion for KS1.

Moorlands serves a community in and around Belton. The children present with a variety of need and require teachers who are willing to adapt their teaching approach to suit the needs of the learner.

If you are an ECT, we are able to offer experienced mentors and a wide range of CPD and learning opportunities.

We are federated with a second school close by and can offer cross-school opportunities.

Moorlands is at the heart of its community. We are looking for a teacher who understands this and can become a valuable member of a special team.

We are looking for someone who: 

Is passionate about providing high-quality teaching to drive pupil progress and success.
Has knowledge and/or experience of supporting children with a range of additional needs to succeed.
Will play a full part in the life of the Peterhouse community and support the vision of the school and encourage others to follow this example.
Will implement and deliver a broad, balanced and inclusive curriculum for pupils. 
Demonstrates a clear understanding of what constitutes high-quality teaching and learning.

Working Hours 

The successful candidate will work part-time Monday- Wednesday.
