Creators, an upcoming STEM-focused institution, is launching in Southern Spain for gifted students. We are searching for an outstanding Chemistry teacher to join our Mathematics, Physics, and Computer Science department. Preference will be given to candidates who are also qualified to teach Mathematics or Physics alongside Chemistry. This vital role is key to our commitment to fostering a culture of creativity, excellence, and entrepreneurial spirit among students and staff alike. About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate as part of a team of innovative and reflective educators.
• Teach classes in Chemistry and either Mathematics or Physics, demonstrating your dynamic teaching style.
• Spark enthusiasm for learning while deepening knowledge and understanding in Chemistry.
• Develop and implement a pioneering educational approach in these subjects.
• Create an environment that promotes inquiry and creativity.
• Encourage students to excel in IGCSE and A-Level examinations, international competitions, and scientific research initiatives.
• Ensure mastery of the subject matter and excellence in curriculum design.
• Develop strategies to assist talented students in achieving outstanding results in both academic and extracurricular activities.
• Engage actively in the school's co-curricular programs.
Qualifications and Experience:
• Fluency in both written and spoken English is required.
• Ideally, possess an EU passport or have the right to work in Spain.
• Hold a Master’s degree or Doctorate in Chemistry or a related field.
• A valid Teaching Qualification - PGCE/BEd or equivalent, preferably recognized in the EU.
• Extensive experience in international schools, particularly in teaching British Curriculum Chemistry, with a successful record in competitive international examinations.
• Strong expertise in promoting inquiry-based, interdisciplinary, project-based, and research skills relevant to real-world applications.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in using technology and digital tools to improve the learning and teaching experience.
• Knowledge of current international standards and best practices in Chemistry education.
