We are currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated Career Guidance Counselor to fulfill the role of Careers Advisor. This position is aimed at guiding students in exploring different career options, making informed decisions about their future, and developing the necessary skills for success post-graduation.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in career counseling or related advisory positions
• In-depth knowledge of career development theories and practices
• Familiarity with the United States educational system and college admissions processes
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively connect with students, parents, and colleagues
• Ability to offer tailored guidance that addresses the unique needs of each student
• Proficiency in using career assessment tools and resources
