We are currently seeking a qualified Early Years Teacher (Cover) to join our exceptional team.

About the Role:
In the role of Early Years Teacher, you will be instrumental in establishing a secure, engaging, and dynamic learning atmosphere for young children. Your responsibilities will include planning and implementing daily activities that foster academic, social, and emotional growth, all while adhering to safeguarding and health and safety regulations. Collaboration is essential in this position, as you will work alongside colleagues, parents, and support staff to create a nurturing school environment. Duties will encompass tracking student progress, keeping accurate records, encouraging positive behavior, and contributing to the broader school community.

This is a full-time, fixed-term maternity cover role.

Who We Are Looking For:
We seek a fully qualified teacher with proven experience in early years education. You should bring creativity, adaptability, and strong classroom management abilities, combined with a genuine passion for nurturing children's development. Excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit are essential, as is the capacity to work independently, adapt to various situations, and uphold confidentiality at all times.
