Skills and Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Education, English, Literature, or a related discipline (minimum requirement)
- A minimum of 3 years teaching experience in middle school English Language Arts or similar subjects
- Comprehensive understanding of US curriculum standards for middle school ELA
- Capability to create engaging lesson plans tailored to various learning styles
- Strong classroom management abilities focused on fostering an inclusive learning environment
- Proficient in English communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Experience in incorporating technology into teaching is preferred
