Student Support Co-ordinator - Cambridgeshire & Essex

We are currently seeking a Student Support Co-ordinator to join our team. This role involves providing essential welfare support to students, helping them settle into their new environment, and acting as a key point of contact for any concerns or needs they may have. No previous experience is required as full training will be provided.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong communication skills with the ability to listen actively and respond empathetically
• Good organisational abilities to manage multiple tasks effectively
• Basic IT skills including email and document management
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment
