Introduction to MIC
Since its establishment in 2017, Majestic International College (MIC) has set itself apart as a CIS membership school and a prestigious private high school with an English-language-based curriculum. In June 2025, MIC proudly graduated its seventh cohort of students, a testament to its commitment to academic excellence and international standards.
Strategically located in a peaceful green campus in the thriving hub of Southwest China, Foshan City, Majestic International College (MIC) offers more than just academic excellence. Position for IGCSE&ALEVEL program:
Physics Subject Teacher
Basic requirements for candidates:
- Holding a bachelor’s degree in related majors, with master’s or more advanced degree preferred.
- Professional teaching certifications such as PGCE or teaching license in the subject is preferable.
- Minimum 2 years teaching experiences of relevant fields.
- Experience in international schools is preferable; Experience of working with enthusiastic and motivated Chinese students [aged 15-17] is preferable; Experience of teaching in A-levels and IGCSE is preferable.
- Proficient enough in English to be able to use it as the language of instruction and in the workplace, with an understanding of the importance of developing technical literacy in teaching the subject to Chinese students in English;
- A professional attitude to teaching consistent with MIC’s mission and value, including a commitment to team working, perseverance and a commitment to accepting responsibility;
- Evidence of commitment to continued professional development and prepared to participate in school based in-service activities.
Employment Benefits for 2-year contract period
C&B Package: Aligned with the local international school’s human resources market which is based on combination factors of teachers’ years of relevant teaching experience, education background degree/certificate, level of workload/commitment required to each post etc., before tax annual package is ranging from CNY 240,000- CNY 400,000.
Welfare package:
- Flight allowance:
- Option 1: 9500 CNY per academic year for flight allowance
- Option 2: Reimbursement for one round trip ( at the beginning and the end of the contract period) between home country and China ; one 9500CNY allowance to be released between the first and second year during the contract.
- 3000 CNY house and transportation allowance per month if live off campus or Free on-campus modern apartment with all necessary furniture
- 15 CNY per working day for meal, which is approximately 330 CNY per month.
- Paid summer & winter vacations and all Chinese holidays and Christmas holidays.
- Health insurance provided.
- Work VISA provided.
- 10,000CNY for renewal bonus of every academic year.
- 1000 CNY for relocation fee.
