GEMS Royal Dubai School is a vibrant, Premium British School (currently FS1 – Year 7), expanding to Year 8 in September 2025 and growing annually to Year 13. Due to growth, we are looking for a dynamic and passionate individual to join us as a mathematics teacher for September 2025. The successful candidate will be self-motivated, have proven success in driving standards and be committed to the pursuit of excellence for all. Job Purpose:

To teach across Key Stage 3 (growing into Key Stage 4 and 5) as a subject specialist enabling an outstanding, holistic, and dynamic experience for our students which lead to exceptionally high outcomes.

Key Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Be committed to the pursuit of excellence for all
• Demonstrate very strong subject knowledge across Key Stage 3, 4 and 5 of the NCfE
• Deliver consistently outstanding teaching and learning experiences; collaborating and sharing best practice.
• Use student data to optimise progress and personalise learning

• Be creative and enthusiastic in approach to teaching
• Be committed to the safeguarding of, and the personal and social development of students
• Work effectively with colleagues, students and parents using excellent interpersonal skills
• Have aspiration to work in a World-Class school with real prospects for career enhancement
• Make a positive contribution to our school community and culture through active engagement in our extra-curricular programme and community based events
• Actively pursue your own professional development as a teacher.
• To carry out any other reasonable duties as directed by the CEO and Principal.
