About This Role
International School Panyathip British International School, located in Laos, is committed to providing high-quality British international education. We are seeking a Head of Department (HOD) for Mathematics to lead our Secondary School Mathematics department and deliver the UK-IGCSE curriculum.
The Role
As the HOD Mathematics, you will be responsible for leading and managing the mathematics department, ensuring effective teaching and learning aligned with the UK-IGCSE curriculum. You will support teachers, develop curriculum plans, monitor student progress, and contribute to school-wide academic initiatives.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics or related field (minimum requirement).
- At least 2 years of teaching experience in secondary/high school level mathematics.
- Experience with UK-IGCSE curriculum preferred.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Ability to plan lessons effectively and assess student performance accurately.
- Excellent communication skills for collaboration with staff, students, and parents.
