The role
This is an exciting opportunity for an existing senior or experienced middle leader to make their mark in a high achieving environment and join a successful and well-established school. The successful applicant will lead the Sixth Form and will be responsible for the strategic leadership and day to day management of Year 12 and 13.
They will also lead on several key whole school strategic initiatives and will be a member of the Senior School Leadership Team. They will also be expected to contribute to the day-today management of the Senior School, as well as the development of Senior School policies, practices and procedures to ensure that the school mission, vision and core aims are met.
The role also holds the post of Designated Safeguarding Lead for Years 12 and 13.
The role reports to the Head of Senior School.

Following a long list meeting of the Selection Panel, successful candidates will be invited for preliminary interviews during the week commencing 13 April. Shortlist interviews with the Selection Committee will take place in the week commencing 27 April. Candidates invited to the final stage will be invited to have a briefing visit to the school and final interview, taking place in the week starting 11 May.
