Position Overview:
- As a teacher of Chinese at one of our kindergartens, you will be responsible for introducing your specialist language and culture to our young learners. In addition to delivering world-class language instruction, you will also be given the opportunity to work with students and guide them towards becoming responsible global citizens as they learn to appreciate various cultures around the world.
General Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education (Early Childhood Education) or a Bachelor’s degree in any subject with a Postgraduate in Early Childhood Education, or equivalent, which qualifies them to teach 3-5 years of age.
- Certificate/Diploma in Education (PGCE/PGDE).
- Newly qualified teachers or teaching experience within a recognised educational institute.
IMPORTANT NOTE: The iPGCE (assessment only) does not qualify for Teacher Registration status from the Hong Kong Education Bureau, which is a crucial requirement for teaching at an ESF school.
