This position requires the implementation of the EPG Curriculum through effective teaching strategies and behavior management practices within an established framework for observation, documentation, and reporting. This approach enables all students to participate in learning experiences customized to their unique needs and reach or surpass the anticipated progression rates according to UK standards.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver lesson plans and activities tailored to different age groups.
• Create an encouraging and dynamic learning environment for young students.
• Foster the social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development of children.
• Assess and monitor students' growth, providing constructive feedback to parents.
• Collaborate with other educators and staff to create a cohesive educational experience.
• Maintain open communication with parents and guardians regarding their child’s progress.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related discipline.
• Previous experience working with young children is desirable.
• A genuine enthusiasm for working with children and a dedication to positively impacting their lives.
• Creativity, flexibility, and a positive outlook.
• Understanding of health and safety guidelines applicable to early childhood settings.
• Fluency in English.
• Competence in computer applications, including Microsoft Office and other preschool-related software.
