Director of Residential Program

In order to develop the philosophy, framework, recruitment and delivery of a high-quality residential program, we need to recruit a teacher with experience in pastoral care and residential life. One of the 2026-27 hires will need to have the capacity to develop the residential program, to be factored into that person’s full time teaching assignments.

The Role

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in shaping the residential experience for students.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the residential program.
• Provide pastoral care and support to students.
• Collaborate with faculty to integrate residential life into the overall educational experience.
