We are looking for an experienced attendance officer who is energetic, resilient, and passionate about supporting young people – a person who can inspire and motivate students to achieve their best. You will bring experience of working in an educational setting with a proven ability to build strong relationships and
drive positive change.
As we continue to drive attendance forward, your work will play a key role in ensuring every pupil at Birkenhead Park School reaches their full potential. You must be able to drive and be confident driving each day completing Home Visits.
This is an exciting opportunity because this is a core role at the centre of school operations. The role provides a vital link between the school, families and external organisations, giving you the opportunity to shape and recommend interventions to support students in attendance. Over the last year, we have made significant improvements to attendance and our pupils are growing ever more proud to attend Birkenhead Park School.
You will be joining a dedicated attendance team of 4 professionals, who are ambitious and determined to make a meaningful difference to our students lives. The school is tenacious in its approach to improving pupils attendance.
