RAK Academy - Al Hamra
Situated in the southern region of Ras Al Khaimah within the Al Hamra community, RAK Academy – Al Hamra is an expanding primary and lower secondary institution. We deliver a tailored UK National Curriculum from Pre-Kindergarten to Grade 8, supplemented by UAE MOE subjects. Our newly established secondary school, serving Grades 6 to 8, will welcome its first students in August 2026. We are accredited by the British Schools Overseas (BSO), ensuring we meet the standards of leading international British institutions, and we are equipped to provide full ECT induction for teachers.
The Role
RAK Academy - Al Hamra is in search of a motivated, enthusiastic, and inspiring Primary Teacher to join our dedicated team.
Essential Qualifications:

Possession of a Bachelor’s degree along with a post-graduate qualification in education, or a Bachelor of Education degree.

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is required.
•
Demonstrated excellence in classroom practice and pedagogy.
•
Experience with the British Curriculum is essential.
•
Proficient in leveraging technology to enhance teaching and learning.
•
Ability to engage, inspire, and support students, colleagues, and parents.
•
Reflective practitioner capable of creative thinking and innovation.
•
A positive, enthusiastic team player.
•
Willingness to participate actively in extracurricular activities.
•
