We are seeking to hire an experienced Secondary Humanities Teacher to join our faculty in August 2026. The selected candidate will collaborate with other seasoned professionals to advance the school’s strategic vision and will be equipped to teach across all secondary Key Stages, including A Level.

Our ideal candidate will possess:

● A Bachelor’s degree in a humanities discipline or a related qualification, along with a PGCE or equivalent as a minimum prerequisite.

● Qualifications as a teacher with 2-5 years of experience delivering the National Curriculum for England, catering to A Level students.

● A strong commitment to enhancing educational standards in alignment with the school’s vision, mission, and values.

● Exceptional teaching skills with the ability to design and implement innovative lessons informed by contemporary pedagogical approaches and progressive initiatives.

● A genuine eagerness to learn, engage, and contribute to the school’s Professional Learning Community.

● Proficiency in using digital tools to enrich and make learning relevant, supporting the school’s designation as an ‘Apple Distinguished School.’

● A collaborative spirit, working effectively both within the immediate team and throughout the broader school community.
