Your Role
In your capacity as an EYFS / KS1 SEN Teacher, you will:
• Advocate for inclusive education for young learners with additional needs.
• Recognize and address individual learning preferences through customized intervention strategies.
• Collaborate effectively with class teachers, parents, and specialists to help each child reach their full potential.
• Cultivate a supportive, engaging, and meaningful learning environment.
• Play a role in enhancing the overall SEN provision and promoting best practices throughout the school.
What We’re Looking For
• A Bachelor's degree in Education.
• A true enthusiasm for teaching Early Years and Key Stages 1 and 2.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication abilities.
• A reflective and adaptable educator who is dedicated to inclusion and ongoing development.
• British-trained teachers or those experienced with the National Curriculum of England.
