Teacher of Visual Arts

We are looking for exceptional and passionate Teachers of Visual Arts who are dedicated to innovative teaching methods and are skilled in instructing students at the IB Diploma level. This role is aimed at an experienced educator who can adapt to a variety of student abilities, nurturing confidence and enriching learning experiences in every class.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach students of different ages and skill levels, tailoring lessons to cater to individual needs.
• Actively participate in the wider school community by engaging in sports activities, extracurricular programs, and other enrichment opportunities.
• Continuously seek personal professional growth and development.
• Demonstrate a strong commitment to the safety and well-being of all students.
• Manage any administrative responsibilities related to the subject and take part in departmental meetings.
• Comply with the school's assessment and reporting procedures, attending parent meetings as required.

• Possess a relevant good honours degree and/or an advanced qualification in a related field.

• Embrace advancements and innovations in teaching strategies and are open to exploring new methods.
• Bring significant experience in supervising students during the MYP Personal Project and the IBDP Extended Essay.
• Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills.
