About This Role

Dubai Heights Academy

At Dubai Heights Academy, we take pride in fostering a welcoming and supportive workplace. Located in the Al Barsha South area of Dubai, we are eager to welcome new talent to our team.

Founded in 2017, our institution offers an inclusive, engaging, and outstanding education to an international student population from FS1 to Year 12 (2025-2026), with aspirations to extend to Year 13 in the near future.

Our modern campus features separate buildings for each educational stage and includes a 380-seat auditorium. Facilities encompass three climate-controlled swimming pools, fully equipped science and computer laboratories, dedicated spaces for art, design technology, music, and drama, a library, two multipurpose sports halls, a full-sized football pitch, various outdoor play zones, and a spacious canteen. Covering 292,000 square feet, our campus is proud to have three buildings designated for different educational phases, and we are thrilled to announce the unveiling of our new secondary building in August 2025, marking our most ambitious project yet.

Dubai Heights Academy adheres to the National Curriculum for England, customized to meet our students' needs while integrating local requirements. Our curriculum is enriched with Arabic language, Islamic Studies, Moral Education, and Social Studies. Furthermore, we have collaborated with MIT (Massachusetts Institute of Technology) to develop a distinctive AI (artificial intelligence) project-based program for secondary students, along with an early language initiative utilizing social robots for Primary students, adding depth to our comprehensive curriculum.

Our guiding principle is encapsulated in our school ethos: ‘Every Child, Every Mind, and Everybody matters.’ We believe that every student deserves access to the highest quality education, irrespective of their background or abilities.
