Successful candidates must possess:
- A degree in education, such as a Bachelor’s in Education or a related field.
- A recognized teaching qualification like PGCE, QTS with an Early Career Teaching Certificate, or an equivalent (the PGCE should be supported by a subject-specific Bachelor’s Degree).
- A minimum of two years of teaching experience in EYFS (international experience is preferred but not mandatory).
- Strong subject knowledge, with considerable experience in delivering the British National Curriculum.
- A strong passion for cultivating a student-centered learning atmosphere.
- A commitment to ongoing professional development and a collaborative teaching style.
- A proven history of delivering exceptional teaching and learning outcomes.
- A willingness to engage in extracurricular activities beyond school hours.
