Asia International School Limited (AISL), drawing on 450 years of educational excellence from Harrow School, UK, has been a leader in education for over 20 years, establishing international schools in Bangkok (1998), Beijing (2005), Hong Kong (2012), and Shanghai (2016). Harrow International School (HIS) and Harrow Innovation Leadership Academy (HILA) Haikou represent a significant initiative for the Hainan government as it develops Haikou into a global education center.

Harrow Haikou is the first prestigious educational institution in the province, poised to redefine high-quality education in the area. Conveniently situated in the Jiangdong District, between Jiangdong Avenue and Linhai Third Road, Harrow Haikou offers K-12 international and bilingual education for both local and international day and boarding students. The schools commenced operations in September 2020, and we are currently looking for exceptional staff to begin in August 2025. Successful candidates will receive two-year renewable contracts with highly competitive employment terms and excellent working conditions. We invite applications from individuals who fulfill the following criteria:

- Relevant degree along with a UK PGCE or other teaching qualifications that confer QTS
- At least two years of teaching experience
- Knowledge of the National Curriculum of England, including familiarity with IGCSE/GCSE and/or A Levels as applicable
- A strong passion for teaching and a commitment to holistic child development
- High standards of professionalism and a focus on the well-being of students
- Active and consistent participation in extracurricular activities
- Respect for all individuals in the school community, regardless of their role, age, or ethnic background
- Experience working with students whose first language is not English
- A proactive and solution-oriented approach to work
- A clear International Child Protection Certificate (ICPC) or police check (for those who have not previously worked in the UK) with no concerns about suitability to work with children
