KS3 Co-ordinator of Mathematics

We are delighted to be recruiting for an enthusiastic Key Stage 3 Co-ordinator of Mathematics to join our high-performing, forward thinking and cohesive department.

We teach a rigorous academic curriculum with a clear focus on supporting all students achieve positive outcomes. You will work with the Director of Mathematics, and the wider school team to continually drive attainment and standards across the department.

We are looking for an outstanding individual who will relish the opportunity:

• To maintain standards of students' attainment and achievement in the curriculum area
• To be responsible for the development of schemes of work and assessment materials across a specific key stage
• To be responsible for the monitoring and evaluation of curriculum and assessment effectiveness in the subject at a specific key stage
• To be responsible for leading, managing and developing the support for students within the curriculum area at a specific key stage.
• To promote and safeguard the welfare of children and young people in accordance with our Safeguarding and Child Protection policies
