  • Assisting students in improving their English skills through small-group and in-class support.
  • Helping students build confidence in their speaking, listening, reading, and writing abilities in English.
  • Working alongside teachers to ensure students can effectively access the curriculum and make significant progress.

About you

We are looking for someone who will thrive in a diverse and energetic international school setting. The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A sincere passion for supporting young people and enriching their boarding experience.

  • Experience working with children or young people, ideally in a school, camp, or youth organization.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, combined with a friendly and approachable attitude.
  • Flexibility, patience, and initiative—key qualities for both boarding and classroom environments.
  • A willingness to actively participate in the broader school community, including activities and house events.
  • A sense of adventure and readiness to embrace a new country and culture.

Please note that due to visa regulations, applicants must be school leavers and within the ages of 18 to 19 as of 1st August 2026.
