Curriculum Leader for Hair and Beauty

Experience in curriculum or other management, with the confidence to lead and support others.

Knowledge of vocational, technical and apprenticeship provision, with recent industry experience in Hairdressing or Beauty Therapy.

A relevant Level 3 qualification and Level 5 teaching qualification, alongside Level 2 English and Maths (or equivalent).

A strong focus on putting learners first, with an interest in developing teaching, learning and the student experience.

Confident using data and insight to monitor performance, identify improvements and support decision-making.

A resilient, approachable and supportive leader who can influence others, build strong relationships and stay focused under pressure.
