About the role
Join our vibrant international setting, where you will teach across various secondary age groups and ability levels following a curriculum based on the National Curriculum for England, IGCSEs, and the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme. As a specialized Mathematics teacher, you should ideally have the capability to instruct Mathematics up to the IB Diploma Programme, as well as at KS3 and KS4.
You will inspire your students to set ambitious targets for themselves while actively seeking and implementing innovative teaching strategies to enhance student experiences and outcomes.
You will also embrace the broader responsibilities of a teacher within an international environment, acting as an enthusiastic form tutor and participating in our care and guidance program as well as co-curricular activities.
About you
You will foster an atmosphere in the classroom where there are no limits to achievement. Ideally, you will hold a degree in your specialized subject, possess a teaching qualification, and have substantial teaching experience along with a solid understanding of the curriculum. Open to feedback and eager to embrace change, you will be motivated to share effective practices with your colleagues.
As a strong representative of the school, you will devise innovative methods to engage students and parents within the wider school and Nord Anglia Education community. Your motivation and communication skills will help create an environment filled with energy, excitement, and personal investment in the classroom.
