About This Role
The Head Master is looking to appoint a seasoned Inclusion professional for the position of Director of Inclusion; a strategic and motivated leader, as well as an exemplary teacher, who will inspire and cultivate the specialist Inclusion team throughout the College, from FS1 to Year 13.

In this role, the Director of Inclusion will work alongside a collaborative team of specialists dedicated to ensuring that every student receives the necessary support and assistance to thrive. The Director will be responsible for executing a Whole College approach to supporting all students within the inclusion framework. This position requires a strong candidate to guide specialist support staff across all educational phases, ensuring that best practices in Special Educational Needs (SEN) are consistently integrated into every lesson, maximizing student impact, progress, and achievement. As a senior leader, you will have the authority to define and shape this provision in alignment with College policies.
