Ardingly Astana welcomed its inaugural group of students in September 2024. In its debut year, the school served primary pupils from Years 1 to 6. The initial phase of its secondary education (Years 7-9) has now been launched.
As we prepare to grow into a two-form entry school and transition to our purpose-built facility in August 2026, we are on the lookout for exceptional candidates who possess the experience, energy, and enthusiasm to thrive within our expanding team. All educators at Ardingly Astana will be tasked with fostering a warm and nurturing atmosphere where students cultivate a lifelong love for learning and acquire essential skills both inside and outside the classroom.

Candidates shortlisted for consideration will be required to complete the Ardingly application form, including the names and contact information of two professional referees (one of whom should be your current or most recent head teacher if you have teaching experience in a school).
Please be advised that only candidates with formal teaching qualifications (QTS or equivalent) and a minimum of two years of teaching experience will be considered.
Successful applicants must possess:
An educational degree, such as a Bachelor’s in Education or a related discipline.
A recognized teaching qualification such as PGCE, QTS with an Induction Certificate, or equivalent (the PGCE must be accompanied by a subject-relevant Bachelor’s Degree).
At least two years of teaching experience (international experience is beneficial but not mandatory).
Outstanding subject knowledge, with significant experience teaching the British National Curriculum and/or Cambridge.
A strong passion for creating a student-centered learning environment.
A commitment to professional development and a collaborative teaching approach.
A proven history of delivering exceptional teaching and learning outcomes.
A willingness to actively engage in extracurricular activities outside of school hours.
