This Assistant Director role will primarily involve managing the English and Literature department within our High/Secondary School, ensuring the highest standards in the UK-IGCSE curriculum.

Skills and Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s Degree (minimum requirement) in Education or a related discipline; advanced qualifications are preferred
- At least 5 years of teaching experience in secondary education
- Demonstrated leadership experience in an international school environment
- In-depth knowledge of the UK IGCSE curriculum with a specialization in English and Literature
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and interpersonal abilities
- Capability to effectively lead teams while encouraging collaboration among staff
