The Role: In this position, you will be responsible for planning and delivering exceptional learning experiences throughout the primary phase, contributing to a dynamic co-curricular program, and fostering a culture where students feel safe, happy, and driven to achieve. You will work closely with the Head of Primary and a dedicated team of enthusiastic colleagues to cultivate excellent habits and create joyful learning environments.

Start date: August 2026

You will possess:
• Strong subject knowledge and pedagogical expertise regarding the National Curriculum (2014).
• Experience with thematic, inquiry-based teaching that promotes curiosity, creativity, and collaboration.
• Proficiency in utilizing formative and summative assessments, along with progress data, to guide instruction.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• A positive, adaptable mindset with a “roll-up-your-sleeves” approach suited for a developing school.
• UK-recognized teaching status (e.g., QTS). Candidates with recent experience in the UK are highly encouraged to apply.
