About This Role

Essential Requirements

1. At least 2 years of recent, successful teaching experience, preferably within an International school setting.
2. Graduate qualified teacher status.
3. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant subject area.
4. Qualified Teacher Status along with proof of appropriate subsequent professional development training.
5. Proven experience working with students in the age group relevant to your teaching.
6. A track record of inspiring students within an engaging learning environment.
7. Demonstrated ability to utilize ICT to enhance learning experiences.

Desirable

1. A Master's degree would be advantageous.
2. Experience in teaching English as an Additional Language (EAL) students.
3. Familiarity with delivering IGCSE and A Level curricula.
4. Prior experience in an international school and a good understanding of the British education system.
5. Evidence of setting clear objectives for students that resulted in significant improvements in academic achievement across subjects.
6. Knowledge of effective positive disciplinary methods.
7. Understanding of child development and its influence on behavior.
