About This Role
Essential Requirements
1. A minimum of 2 years of recent, successful teaching experience, ideally within an International school setting.
2. Graduate qualified teacher status.
3. A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant subject area.
4. Qualified Teacher Status accompanied by evidence of suitable in-service training.
5. Proven experience working with students in the specific age range you will be teaching.
6. A track record of inspiring students within a dynamic learning environment.
7. Experience in utilizing ICT to enhance learning experiences.
Desirable
1. A Master’s degree is a plus.
2. Experience in teaching English as an Additional Language (EAL) students.
3. Familiarity with delivering IGCSE and A Level curricula.
4. Prior experience in an international school and understanding of the British education system.
5. Evidence of setting clear goals and objectives for students, resulting in notable improvements in academic achievement within the subject.
6. Knowledge of effective positive disciplinary methods.
7. Insight into child development and its influence on behavior.
