About This Role
Essential Requirements
1. A minimum of 2 years of recent successful teaching experience.
2. A graduate qualified teacher.
3. Bachelor's degree in a relevant subject area.
4. Qualified Teacher Status with proof of subsequent in-service training.
5. Proven experience working with students within the age group you will be teaching.
6. Demonstrated ability to inspire students in a dynamic learning environment.
7. Experience utilizing ICT to enhance learning.
Desirable
1. A Master’s degree is a plus.
2. Experience teaching EAL students.
3. Familiarity with delivering IGCSE and A Level curriculum.
4. Previous experience in an international school and understanding of the British education system.
5. Evidence of setting clear goals and objectives for students, leading to significant improvements in achievement across the subject.
6. Knowledge of positive disciplinary methods.
7. Understanding of child development and its influence on behavior.
8. Potential opportunity for Head of Year for candidates with appropriate experience.
