Due to recent changes in Swiss law, acquiring work permits for non-EU citizens has become increasingly difficult for international institutions like Le Rosey. Therefore, applicants without EU passports or Swiss work permits should be aware that this may impact their chances of being shortlisted. Nevertheless, we will thoroughly review all applications, and if the nature of the position and the quality of the application suggest a likelihood of successful outcomes despite the lengthy administrative process, we are prepared to pursue it.
