About This Role
Al Rabeeh Academy is looking to hire a remarkable Early Years practitioner who is dedicated to fostering a safe, stimulating, and engaging educational atmosphere. About Al Rabeeh Academy
Established in 2017, our beautiful purpose-built campus is part of an expanding network of schools. The Al Rabeeh name has been a symbol of educational excellence and pastoral care in Abu Dhabi since 1979.
As a bilingual private institution, we offer the English National Curriculum alongside Arabic from FS1 to Year 13. What We’re Looking For
We are in search of a teacher who can demonstrate:
- Extensive knowledge of Early Years education and the EYFS framework.
- The capability to create a lively, nurturing, and engaging learning atmosphere.
- Familiarity with current UK educational trends and initiatives.
- A strong passion for teaching and learning, with a commitment to reaching the highest standards.
- The ability to foster creative and play-based learning while building foundational skills for lifelong learning.
- Proficiency in utilizing technology to enhance learning experiences.
- Experience in utilizing observation and assessment to monitor and support student progress.
- A genuine enthusiasm for working with young children and an understanding of their developmental requirements.
Qualifications and Experience
Candidates must be fluent in English, possess a relevant degree and Early Years teaching qualification, and have at least 2 years of experience teaching in schools that follow the National Curriculum of England.
A demonstrated ability to plan and deliver a creative, child-centered curriculum is essential. While experience teaching EAL (English as an Additional Language) students is preferred, it is not mandatory.
