About This Role

We are on the lookout for a driven and enthusiastic Maths educator to join our team as the **Subject Progress Lead – Maths**. **Key Responsibilities**

- Collaborate with curriculum leaders to elevate student performance and refine teaching methodologies.
- Oversee and implement student support initiatives within the Maths department.
- Utilize data analysis to shape interventions and track student progress.
- Participate in strategic planning aimed at improving teaching and learning.
- Facilitate professional development through coaching, CPD, and learning observations.
- Set high teaching standards and promote the sharing of best practices.
- Create monitoring reports and assess the effectiveness of support initiatives.
- Maintain effective communication with staff, senior leadership team, external partners, and stakeholders.
- Aid in the daily operations of the department and manage resources effectively.
- Serve as a form tutor and contribute to the broader pastoral care framework.
