In Secondary, students take IGCSEs in Year 11 before advancing to the IB Diploma Programme (IBDP) or IB Career-related Programme (IBCP) in Years 12 and 13.

The Post: Spanish & French Teacher
The MFL department has flourished in recent years, now consisting of five highly skilled educators, four of whom are native-level speakers. With a passion for languages, our teaching practice prioritizes collaboration, communication, and the exchange of ideas. The department is equipped with five dedicated classrooms, each featuring interactive whiteboards or digital screens, facilitating engaging, high-quality lessons supported by modern technology.
We have earned a solid reputation for academic excellence, providing stimulating and successful lessons within a dynamic and engaging learning environment, both inside and outside the classroom. French and Spanish are popular subjects at both KS4 and KS5, demonstrating our students' enthusiasm and the department's robust offerings. We take pride in our outstanding IGCSE and IB examination results, alongside the consistently excellent achievements of our students over recent years.
