About the Role:
The MYP/DP Math Teacher will oversee the curriculum delivery, demonstrating exceptional teaching standards as well as assessment and reporting in their subject area. The ideal candidate will have a warm and approachable demeanor, with an engaging personality. Emphasis will be placed on delivering well-resourced lessons and ensuring each child’s right to learn by fostering a supportive yet challenging environment.
The successful candidate will possess:
- A Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Mathematics and/or PGCE/PGDE or equivalent;
- A minimum of 3 years of proven teaching experience, preferably in an IB setting;
- A strong track record of achieving outstanding results;
- A professional dedication to the effective implementation of an enriched IB/MYP and/or IB/DP curriculum;
- Advanced IT skills;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for collaboration with students, parents, and colleagues;
- Willingness to participate in extracurricular activities;
- A strong work ethic and a commitment to the overall welfare of the School.
