- Cultivate a positive and respectful classroom atmosphere that encourages collaboration, curiosity, and student well-being.
- Leverage technology and innovative techniques to enrich the learning experience.
- Evaluate student progress through diverse, authentic assessment methods and provide timely, constructive feedback.
- Collaborate with peers to develop cohesive units and contribute to continuous curriculum improvement.
- Actively engage in the school’s co-curricular and community programs to support comprehensive learning.
