Professional Requirements and Attributes
- A full UK teaching qualification (QTS, PGCE, PGCEi, B.Ed) or an equivalent professional certification from your home country.
- A robust background in teaching within the UK or at an accredited British International School.
- A strong dedication to upholding high teaching standards through an Inquiry-based approach, with a focus on STEM and AI integration.
- A creative and flexible attitude toward curriculum development, along with strong Assessment for Learning (AfL) skills.
- Proven ability to manage change effectively while inspiring staff to pursue excellence.
- Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills combined with a commitment to clear communication with parents, staff, and students.
- Familiarity with data tracking, especially GL Assessments, would be an advantageous asset.
- Complete adherence to Safer Recruitment practices and a strong commitment to safeguarding the welfare of children.
