Skills and Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related discipline (minimum requirement)
- At least 2 years of experience in primary education
- In-depth knowledge of the Cambridge curriculum and assessment standards
- Ability to create an inclusive and engaging classroom environment that enhances student participation and learning
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with students, parents, and colleagues
- Competence in using educational technology tools to improve the learning experience
