Our Primary School currently accommodates around 130 students, a number that is steadily increasing due to our growing reputation. The Position
Our Primary department has established a strong reputation for excellence within the local community, and we are looking for new teachers to further enhance that practice. We have a well-defined and established curriculum based on the English National Curriculum. Our teaching methods incorporate Talk for Writing and White Rose Maths. Students in Years 5 and 6 bring their own devices to school, and we integrate Technology for Learning into most lessons when it supports the educational experience. Our primary objective is to foster English language development in every lesson, as the majority of our students speak English as an additional language. Experience with or a commitment to Talk for Writing would be advantageous.
As a small school, it is essential for all staff to be integral members of the team. We have one class per year but collaborate to enhance our educational offerings. This vacancy is for Year 4.
