About This Role

Bromsgrove International School, Thailand, is a prominent co-educational institution offering both boarding and day schooling to over 520 students aged 2 to 18. We implement the English National Curriculum, tailored for our international environment, covering EYFS through to IGCSE, A-Levels, and BTEC. Our affiliation with Bromsgrove School, one of the UK's leading independent schools with a rich history spanning over 450 years, allows us to blend the finest elements of that educational legacy with a focus on nurturing independent learning and developing global citizens. The school is a proud member of the Council of International Schools (CIS), recognized as a Gold/Outstanding institution by the Education Development Trust (EDT), and a full member of the Federation of British International Schools in Asia (FOBISIA). Our two campuses include the Early Years Campus (Pre-Nursery to Year 1) and the Windsor Park Campus (Year 2 to Year 13). The main campus is situated on the scenic Windsor Park Golf Course in eastern Bangkok, conveniently located near Suvarnabhumi International Airport and approximately 90 minutes from downtown Sukhumvit, Bangkok.

In the past five years, our school has experienced significant growth in both student enrollment and our reputation for academic excellence, establishing us as the preferred international school in the Eastern Bangkok area. As a result of rising student numbers, we are looking to hire an additional KS1 Primary Class Teacher for Year 2 at our Windsor Park campus starting August 2025. We seek an individual eager to be part of a vibrant, supportive, and innovative learning community set in a beautiful Southeast Asian environment.

The successful applicant will become part of an exceptional team of educators where student-centered learning is our priority.

The ideal candidate will possess:

- A first degree along with a postgraduate qualification in education (e.g., PGCE/GTP) or a BEd degree.
- At least two years of teaching experience in either the UK or an international British curriculum school.
- A proven history of outstanding classroom and pedagogical practice.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the Primary English National Curriculum.
- Proficiency in utilizing IT to enhance teaching and learning.
- The ability to engage, inspire, and support students, staff, and parents.
- A reflective mindset with a capacity for creative thinking and innovation.
- A positive and enthusiastic approach within the staff environment.
- A willingness to participate fully in the extracurricular activities of the Boarding School.

We offer a competitive international salary and a benefits package that aligns with similar institutions in the region.
