Al Rabeeh Academy is in search of a passionate, flexible, and dedicated Secondary Performing Arts Teacher (Music Specialist).

Al Rabeeh Academy is a bilingual private institution serving students from FS1 to Year 13, offering the English National Curriculum alongside Arabic. Candidates should have a clear understanding of the ethos and values of Al Rabeeh Academy, which has a significant population of Arabic-speaking students. The successful applicant will be a strong communicator, adept at fostering open dialogue with students, staff, and parents. They must lead by example and actively participate in the Academy's extracurricular activities.
Fluency in English is required, along with a relevant degree and teaching qualification, as well as a minimum of 2 years' teaching experience in schools that implement the National Curriculum of England.
Applicants should be able to demonstrate the following:
- Comprehensive subject knowledge of the National Curriculum
- Familiarity with current UK educational initiatives and developments in English
- Capability and willingness to teach across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4
- Experience in teaching ‘A’ levels is preferred but not mandatory
- Strong classroom management skills and excellent subject expertise
- The ability to support creative learning and focus on cultivating 21st-century skills and innovative environments
- Proficiency in using technology to engage and enhance student learning experiences
- Experience in utilizing data from internal assessments, standardized tests, and external assessments to monitor student progress
- Experience teaching EAL students is essential
