Requirements:
- A high-quality degree and qualified teacher status (QTS) or its equivalent, along with relevant experience in Early Years Foundation Stage.
- A proven track record of outstanding EYFS practice, including the ability to craft engaging, child-centered learning experiences that foster curiosity, creativity, and independence.
- A genuine passion for guiding and inspiring young children, ensuring that every child reaches their fullest potential socially, emotionally, and academically.
- High expectations that encourage, support, and motivate both children and colleagues.
- The ability to plan, implement, and assess innovative learning strategies that promote developmental growth and early achievement.
- A confident and reflective educator who can effectively lead and collaborate within a professional Early Years team.
