Job Title: Occupational Therapist
Location: Meadows View School – Lincolnshire PE9 2JL
Salary: Up to £53,200 FTE DOE
Hours: 22.5 hours per week, Days to be agreed
Contract: Permanent (Term time only, or flexibility regarding a full-time contract can be discussed based on your personal situation)
Essential: Full valid UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle

The Role:
We are seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our in-house clinical team at Meadows View School. Collaborating closely with the education team, you will provide personalized Occupational Therapy assessment and interventions for pupils who may have undergone developmental trauma, are neurodivergent, or have SEMH needs. You will adhere to the standards outlined in the OFG Occupational Therapy Ways of Working, which will guide your practice within the educational setting and clarify your roles and responsibilities while considering the expectations of your governing and professional bodies. You will manage an occupational therapy caseload with the comprehensive support of your assigned clinical supervisor and Lead Clinician, who will also contribute to staff training and consultation as necessary. This position is ideal for a resilient, creative, and enthusiastic individual.

Location: Meadows View School – Lincolnshire PE9 2JL – Meadows View School is part of our Options Autism brand and serves as an independent specialist day school for children and young people aged 4 – 11.

Essential Criteria:
- Undergraduate or post-graduate degree in Occupational Therapy
- Valid and up-to-date HCPC Registration
- Registered member of RCOT
- Relevant experience in providing occupational therapy services within a similar setting is preferable
- Previous engagement with individuals who are neurodivergent and/or experience learning difficulties and/or socio-emotional and mental health challenges in any context, with the ability to demonstrate transferable skills
- Strong knowledge and clinical understanding of OT theory and its practical application to support independence
- Experience collaborating with multi-professional teams or services within the designated specialty is preferred
- Ability to work independently, with flexibility and confidence
- Clear and concise report writing skills
- Hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a car
